The Mumzels

He was born 37 years ago in a very small country here on Earth.

The country was called the Netherlands and his name became Bram.

He was sweet , cute and totally innocent . He could not eat alone so well in the first year, Bram spent a lot of time in the hospital because the muscle between the esophagus and stomach was too small.

Luckily the doctors were able to make it and Bram was able to eat. so he started to grow, started to crawl and walk. Even so well that I wanted to run away all the time, so my parents took me on vacation or days out on a dog leash so as not to lose me.

In the end it was all right. I didn’t run away anymore and understood that I also had to come home every now and then. I had already developed my own so that I could play with friends. only that didn’t always go well.

Throwing metal objects at each other and then going to the hospital seriously injured or playing with objects that were just a little too dangerous, even a bicycle could be dangerous. but despite everything I grew older and survived it all.

Many people said I was from another planet. I was different from others because I had a big imagination and a lot of crazy ideas. not everyone could handle it. When I hit puberty and reached the ages of partying. I went wild every weekend, like many other people in this world I came into contact with various miracle cures that sometimes made you feel crazy, delicious or great. Whole life seemed like a party and then you get older.

First i did a lot of mischief, experimented a lot, after the school period, came to work.

A job that many had not expected because of my teenage years. i went into security and still work there now. on my 25th I got my daughter Robin, who will be 12 next week and in 2015 I had my son Finn and of course I had my lovely wife several years earlier. When I turned 21.

As a small child my father told me about Mumzels and in 2012 when my daughter turned 2, I thought it would be fun to make a book about the Mumzels.

It was my first book without funding. I had published a book with the mumzels. it where pictures in which i had drawn the mumzels and asked questions about the picture ? how many mumzels do you count? what kind of fruit do you see?

The book is still for sale on various websites. that was the beginning of the Mumzels.

Years later I started feeding at a petting zoo as a volunteer next to my work with the children. I joined the board of the petting zoo in 2016. there I am responsible for the weekend feeders and social media and help with other activities.

In 2019 I also started as a volunteer at Mentally Handicapped Cares as a visiting friend for clients without friends. to do something fun together 1 day a month.

Which is also a big hobby of mine is halloween.

Started with children’s halloween. invent and perform various fun scares or stories. A few years ago I also started scaring adults with Halloween and up to now, despite everything scary, positive reactions have always been received.

Next to halloween the Mumzels always kept itching. What would I do with the Mumzels..? until the end of December 2021 I had already immersed myself in Crypto for several months and then the penny dropped .

Why not make Mumzel NFT? So I went into it myself and thought let me make some NFT.

Besides delving into the Blockchain and NFT I had no idea about Twitter or selling NFT. which NFTs are working and which are not? Even the Mumzels had yet to take shape. over the past few months I started refining the Mumzels and using other software and techniques.

That can also be seen in the first collection, the very first collection consists of 50 different mumzels with text in the NFT and some have a photo as background, others do not, in short they are all different.

I found out that people like to have different utility.

What could I offer them that I can also deliver…? I have just started, still have to build up an investment before I can carry out my plans.

because in 2012 I quickly found out with the book that without investments it is difficult to get your book in good quality to the general public. So what could i deliver right now? for the people who buy a mumzel? I bought a website where I write stories about the Mumzels, why don’t I write about other projects..? only I had already made the Mumzels and some also with many copies.

I was new and discovering and mumzels I have priced cheaply. So right now you can get a blog about your project and a place on our website under 10 dollars and i have 950 copies left in first collection.

I’m working on a new collection with nicer mumzels. They are more similar , i will make more and will be without text . I will also provide other utility , because very honestly writing in a blog , putting a project on the website , delving into another project takes more time than a Mumzel costs and as I wrote above . I still have many copies of different mumzels. therefore as soon as the 2nd collection goes live. I’m going to burn some mumzels from first collection . to bring the numbers back. some of the current mumzels have 75 copies. so do you want another blog? don’t wait too long because the Mumzels in the first collection will be limited when the Mumzels start with the 2nd collection.
