Secret of the Easter night

When the clock strikes midnight and the world is fast asleep, the Mumzels quietly crawl out from under the rooftiles. These tiny, fluffy creatures are silent, clever, and… absolutely crazy about Easter eggs!

Everyone thinks the Easter Bunny does all the work this time of year. But shhh… that’s a big secret!
The Easter Bunny? He’s actually pretty lazy. He might hide one or two eggs and then plop down in the grass to snack on carrot cake.
The rest of the job? That’s all done by the Mumzels!

Among them are Luna and Nox — the best Easter helpers of them all.
Luna is as black as a shadow in the night, with sparkling blue eyes. Nox is deep forest green, with eyes that can see everything in the dark. They’re smart, fast, and always ready for an adventure.

But this year, something went wrong.

When Luna and Nox arrived at the secret egg pick-up spot, they gasped — there were only three eggs in the basket!
“What is this?!” Nox cried, peeking into the nearly empty basket.
“The Easter Bunny ditched us,” Luna sighed. “He’s probably snoozing again with cake crumbs on his belly.”

That meant kids everywhere might wake up with no eggs to find. That simply couldn’t happen.

“There’s only one option…” Luna whispered.
Nox nodded. “The chicken coop.”

In the middle of the night, they tiptoed across fields to a big farm. The chicken coop was guarded by a grumpy rooster who heard everything.
With soft little paws and twitchy antennae, they crept closer. The chickens were asleep. The rooster… was snoring.

They quickly slipped inside and gently gathered a whole basket full of fresh eggs.

“Now we paint them,” Nox said, lifting the basket.
“But we’ll never finish in time on our own!” Luna exclaimed.

And then something amazing happened — from every corner and crack of the city, Mumzels popped up.
Black, green, blue, purple — small, fluffy, and ready to help!
Together, they turned an old shed into a super-speedy egg painting station. With berry juice, flower colors, and a few muddy splashes, they created the most beautiful Easter eggs you can imagine.

Once the eggs were dry, the real mission began.

Just before dawn, Mumzels spread out in every direction: into gardens, onto balconies, under stairs, inside shoes, even into mailboxes!
Luna hid one on top of a birdhouse.
Nox tucked one into an empty jam jar.
And the rest? They turned the egg hunt into a magical adventure full of surprises and giggles.

Right before sunrise, they all scurried back beneath the rooftiles — tired but proud.

This year, just like every year, no one noticed a thing. Everyone still believed the Easter Bunny had done it all.

But the true heroes of Easter? That was Luna, Nox, and all the other Mumzels.

And who knows… maybe there’s a Mumzel egg hidden in your garden.
