Mumzels in the Spotlight: A Look Back at September and October

Mumzels in the Spotlight: A Look Back at September and October

It has been a while since our last update in August, so let’s take a glimpse into the exciting adventures of the Mumzels during September and October. Throughout these months, we have reached some remarkable milestones and experienced new adventures.

Website Refreshment

Let’s start with our brand new website. We have given it a complete makeover with a fresh layout and several new pages. One of them is the “Mumzel Leaderboard,” where you can see who the top Mumzelhunters are. We also have “Mumzelhunt Stories Mint,” where we will share more about it in this blog. But that’s not all! We have made our website accessible in multiple languages so that everyone can enjoy the Mumzel stories in their own language. It’s our way of engaging both children and adults because Mumzels are adorable creatures appreciated worldwide.

Mumzelhunt Stories via Thirdweb

In October, we took an important step towards improving Mumzelhunt Stories. We created our own contract via Thirdweb. This means that we now have complete control over minting, airdrops, the number of editions, and the mint page. This change gives us the freedom to determine how many editions of a story will be created and allows you to mint these stories directly from our website. Below, we share more details about this exciting development. We would like to thank Dave Swinbank for his advice and idea to use Thirdweb.

The New Mumzelhunt Stories

With the addition of Mumzelhunt Stories, the Mumzelhunt itself has been updated as well. Now you can purchase individual stories for 7 Matic (mint). Each story has a limited number of editions available. But that’s not all! Once you mint a story, you will receive a new story every week and you can participate in special missions to earn free stories. These special stories are also available for purchase for 10 Matic. Mumzelhunters have the opportunity to collect extra Mumzels with these missions by participating or buying them.

Mumzelhunters will receive a new edition of a Mumzel story in the Mumzelhunt Stories collection weekly until February 2024. Additionally, we have plans to give out prizes to Mumzelhunters on December 31st, in conjunction with the leaderboard. So make sure to collect as many Mumzels as possible because you never know, you might win one of these prizes. More information about the Mumzel December 31st lottery for Mumzelhunters will be coming soon.

Free NFT’s from other Artists

In the past few months, we have received some remarkable NFT’s from amazing Artists.

Digicaps has surprised us with numerous free NFT’s in the form of bottlecaps. They will soon release their latest collection “Raiders”, and we will be sharing a blog about Digicaps and Raiders soon.

Octopeeps has also gifted us with some beautiful NFT’s as holders. Did you know that you can stake Octopeeps to earn $FATH. coins, which you can use to purchase NFT’s in the Octopeeps marketplace? We have even collaborated with Octopeeps to create a story that Octopeep holders could purchase with their $FATH coins.

Additionally, the Cryptocrew has sent us two surprise superheroes, and we are grateful for that.

MidiPunkz songs of eden and Prizem did let us Create our own Pumpkin for halloween , it was a funny mint for the holders and they could choose Which colors the Pumpkin heeft

The Exciting Future of Crypto Goonz

In the past month, we have received a free Cryptogoonz and a fun Goonzimal for Halloween. We are eagerly looking forward to the developments in the Gooniverse in the coming years. Exciting things are happening, such as the game where Goonz can be used in GoonzWarZ and the development of a Gooniverse land in the sandbox.

The Squiblets mint and 5 young artists

Moreover, the mumzels recently purchased some NFTs of the Squiblets. Jay Stansfield collaborated with five young artists to create a new Squiblets collection, in order to support these young talents. Each of these artists has their own style and hobbies, and Jay has created an amazing Squibbles Island in Roblox where you can discover more. Jay has created a unique island for each of the 5 young artists – Jacktuber, Rosewolf, Teresa Melvin, Anastasia, and Rainbow mosho showcasing their artworks and the things they love. If you want to support these artists, you can find more information on how to obtain a Squiblet in our tweet below.

Webshop updates

Our Mumzel webshops Redbubble & spreadshirt are now being promoted by Mumzel Nimzel, managed by my daughter. She posts tweets twice a day about our webshop products. Recently, she uploaded her very first design, and we are trying to familiarize her more and more with web management and marketing. She is only 13 years old, but this is a great way for her to get introduced to the internet, web3, and webshop management.

Thanks to UrbanDragons for purchasing one of our T-shirts, and thanks to Dave Swinbank for sharing photos with his Mumzel cap.

Halloween Fever

Mumzels love Halloween, and in the past month, we created not just one but two thrilling stories. One for all our followers, which reached a staggering 217 different people. And for the Mumzelhunters, there was an additional story exclusively for Halloween.

But that’s not all. Here is a personal note from the “Mumzel Creator” (myself), even though I’m not a Mumzel:

I as an actor in various Halloween events here in the Netherlands over the past few months. It is a passion of mine to entertain people and let my creativity run wild in a spooky, challenging environment. I was fortunate to act in “Scare Me,” a Halloween event that has been running in the Netherlands for 18 years. They have different haunted houses and are open from September to December. It’s a great experience to work with a group of actors and explore the haunted houses. A few weeks ago, I also had the opportunity to act in the largest library in Almere through Scare Me, where I was able to slightly scare children in a fun way. This may have nothing to do with Mumzels, but it is a passion I cherish alongside my involvement with the Mumzels. Additionally, I have been busy creating a home office in recent months, which will come in handy for future spaces and social media networking. It will be a cozy place for the Mumzels to stay during the winter.
