The second-to-last free NFT has been sent to you!

In December, the Mumzels will deliver the very last free Mumzel NFT from the “Mumzel Stories” collection. After that, we will no longer release free NFTs.

What’s next? Will there be a new NFT collection for the Mumzels? Over the past year, we sold only 3 NFTs, despite sending out 2,880 free NFTs. Unfortunately, many of these free NFTs remained in wallets and were not actively traded. Even a few NFTs listed for just $0.20 failed to sell.

Currently, the costs of creating and maintaining NFTs, such as animation and managing NFT contracts, exceed the revenue. If we decide to create another collection in the future, we’ll also need to invest in a new NFT contract, which isn’t financially viable at this time.

Does this mean there will never be another Mumzel NFT collection? Maybe in the future, but for now, our focus will shift to other projects. There are still many unsold Mumzel NFTs available, so if you want to support the Mumzels, consider purchasing one to help us!

In the coming year, we’ll be focusing on animations and finalizing our book, which has been slightly delayed due to updates in the techniques the Mumzels use.
